Commitment to constant improvement
There is no work without quality. For this reason we are committed to achieving the quality certifications that are fundamental for our business, starting with the internal qualifications of welding personnel according to the EN ISO 3834 standard.
Today, C.M.M. has the qualification for the construction of structures according to the EN 1090-EXC3 standard.
The quality management system is instead guaranteed by the UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 standard. For safety in the workplace, compliance with standards and transparency, C.M.M. has achieved the UNI EN ISO 45001:2018 certification and follows the Organizational and Management Model pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001.
Quality also means traceability and at C.M.M. we are able to identify and certify every material used to create your product.
The welding is carried out by qualified personnel according to UNI EN 9006-1 standards and controlled with non-destructive tests. The heat treatments are carried out in a controlled and certified manner with a relative diagram.
The mechanical processes are accompanied by a dimensional verification protocol that is compiled and archived.

Dimensional controls: Each processing phase is followed by accurate dimensional control protocols, to ensure that the final result corresponds to what is indicated in the technical drawing in terms of shape, dimensions and geometries.
C.M.M. performs the following dimensional checks:
